Cagdas Konut Hizm. Ins. San. Tic. Ltd. Sti was established by construction engineer Fevzi SAYI, M.Sc. in 1988 and is located in the same address (1. Levent/Istanbul) since that time. Its current field of activities are professional building management, exportation and fibercement facade cladding. In 1990s the company broke new ground in professional building management and still performs this activity. In addition to this business line it makes contribution to the country's economy by performing exportation in total of 3 billion US dollars per year.

Çağdaş Konut speeded up construction applications when Fibercement was first started to be produced in Turkey in 2004. For the reasons that thermal insulation of the facades in both new and old buildings are highly required and energy savings through insulation is important to the environment and the economy, Cagdas Konut gives weight to this topic.

The major field of activity of Cagdas Konut is fibercement facade cladding. Experienced technical staff and engineers are working on it to form excellent facades. The company works on customer-focused base. After determining the requirements of the customer needs, proper project is prepared. According to the project, fibercement sheets are cut to the pieces in the workshop. Prepared fibercement pieces are transferred to the construciton site, they are mounted, painted and the project is accomplished.
